The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-25PD is an improved single-seat all-weather interceptor of which 104 were produced between 1978 and 1984. It entered service in 1979. An overall improvement in many aspects over the original MiG-25P, the MiG-25PD is equipped with improved R-15BD-300 engines, avionics, and the Safir-25 (RP-25M) Radar. The outermost pylons can carry four R-60 missiles instead of two R-40 missiles. The NATO designation was Foxbat-E.

Nice plane, but not "драгшют", its "тормозной парашют", and not "сбрасываемые танки", its "сброс подвесных баков"
@CorporalWojak in agree, only problem is the weapons it carries
@GuardianAerospace SU-57 performs just as good as any 4th gen aircraft, if not better, but it's considered "bad" because its labaled as a 5th gen, which it simply isn't. as per other Sukhoi Aircraft, i find the SU-35 a good competitor in terms of maneuverability, but the Avionics Suite leaves much to be desired, so i guess you can say they perform "Terribly" lol.
@CorporalWojak I also agree those aircraft look nice, but they perform terribly
@CorporalWojak by saying the SU57 is the pinnacle of stealth I because they haven’t really been produced isn’t accurate. What is is that it is stealth because it’s always in the hangar hidden from recon or radar. Lol
@GuardianAerospace I agree, same can be said with their Armored Vehicles, the only "new" ones Russia made is the T-14 Armata, yet we see nothing in Ukraine, nor can we even hear anything about it, then the SU-57s, which is the pinnacle of stealth given that you can't even find much of them being produced, one thing's for sure though, the Classic MiG-25 is beautiful, as well as other Sukhoi Aircraft, and Tanks, if only they we're more capable.

@TheAviator77 the R-40s were either SARH or IRH, so FOX 1s and 2s, we don't have IRH missiles in SimplePlanes so I made them both SARH instead of making two ARH missile since it would be too OP
@Kevito212 This is the closet MiG-25 in terms of shape to the actual MiG-25. Excellent, but the only complaint I have is that all of the R-40s are SARH.
@CorporalWojak ikr, all the USSR really did was make a plane with 1950s tech in the 70s, and US retaliates with a plane 20 years ahead of the soviets planes technology

@GuardianAerospace tells you a lot about the cold war, russia scares US with bs weapon/vehicle, US makes countermeasure, USSR Vehicle turns out to be a fraud, America accidentally decades ahead of russia, just like how the F-15 was born.
I still can’t believe the United States was scared abt this interceptor at first before realizing how un maneuverable it was and how it would destroy its engines after flying at Mach 3 for like 20 min
