Welp, my two inspirations for making those bio-machine aliens are usually from first; R-Type series when it comes to BYDO empire, the man-made extraterrestrial beings from future (especially bio-mechanical creatures) and the main antagonist of this series.
Second; my another inspiration for those characters are from Kirby's enemies, because well.. most of them are ridiculously adorable ya know :3
