I made this plane for the multiplayer fly-in a while back, some people were interested in it so I thought I would upload it some time.
So here it is, an XVI STOL plane with a stall speed about 18mph, With the flaps (operated via VTOL slider) you can take off at 16-17mph.
For parking on uneven surfaces there is a piston that lifts the tail wheel off the ground (this was a requirement for fly-in planes)
Anyway, this plane is just for fun.

Oh and ignore the weird control surfaces.
