JS Shirase (callsign JSNJ) was commisioned May 20th 2009 in Yokosuka port. Its first voyage was in November of 2009. Shirase has a displacement of aproximately 20,000 pounds, it can carry 80 scientists, and 1,100 tons of cargo. AG1 for nav lights, and turn off AG8 to make it capsize (not made on purpose). This is a larger version of my other smaller JMSFDF SHIRASE.
