Edit- Feb. 2016: It seems that somewhere along the way, an update caused the rover to not work very well anymore-it can't get up the ramp. Too bad, I had fun with this thing!
Board the USS Tiny or USS Jundroo, using a ramp delivery system.
Throttle 100% + steer with yaw.
Go behind carrier.
Raise ramp to deck level with VTOL down. (Don't use VTOL up)
When ramp end hits the edge of the deck, use 1 to free rover. Full throttle + pitch down to drive rover up ramp onto carrier deck.
