This aircraft is currently incomplete and I'd ask the SP community to help me finish it. When the aircraft lifts off, it has a severe tendency to pull back. This is because the center of thrust is well under the center of mass. The aircraft flies fine once in the air, as the horizontal stabilizers really kick in, but I need someone to find a way to lower that center of mass.
