Observation balloon
Observation balloon used in all fronts & both sides provides clear view of the battlefield and aids in artillery.
Low part count enables you to spawn multiple of these balloons, aswell as use them as target practice.
Features
-Realistic bail out, via AG3.
Set height by the use of throttle, additionally you could also yaw the balloon slowly.
Designer's note: The balloon should have a cable attached to it that keeps it from flying away in IRL, although I couldn't get the winch to work properly, and I just resorted to using a piston instead.
