1. You have a huge area of weak armor (it is vertical) where you have missile launchers (there will be a boom if you hit)
2. A hull with many panels with gaps, although it looks futuristic, is not the best solution in terms of armor and survivability.
3. Tracks are good, but you should not forget about the thickness
4. The 250mm cannon, while powerful, is a bit much for a vehicle of this caliber (so don't go for a titanic caliber or add two main caliber cannons).
5. The turret is too small even for a 105mm gun (If you use classic ones), and certainly not for a 250mm gun.
6. Considering the caliber of the gun (from 120mm to who knows how much), the missiles can be launched from the main gun.

If you want, you can do it the same way Kav and I did with the HPKW-2028. You design the hull and rough performance characteristics, and I'll polish it to the final form.

Versatility: Missiles, AA and Cannon. Multi-Role.
Armament: you should say this yourself.
Reality: it's a Modern-Futuristic ish tank. I don't expect to get many from this.
