this is my entry for the midway challenge. its simple but it works. its not the best, and i don't expect to win. so some background, this plane was a fast and highly reliable carrier borne plane created for the U.S. naval fleet. by the time of pearl harbor 80 were made, but by midway more than 200 were completed with 300 more planed. its primary role during the battle of midway was to escort some torpedo bombers to the battle, and provide cover. by the end 10 were shot down but it proved that it was a capable aircraft to fight the Japanese. by 1944 though it was starting to slowly be phased out of service and by the end of the war none were left in service. so no2 for the features it has folding wings (vtol up). it has 4 50.cal machine guns and custom gear. its top speed is around 350 mph. it doesn't have a tail hook but its brakes are pretty good. enjoy
