History
The Kawasaki Ki-61 was a Imperial Japanese Army Fighter-Interceptor designed from the Ki-60. The engine it used was the Kawasaki Ha-40 inverted-V inline Engine, a License built Daimler-Benz DB601, and was the only Inline Engine fighter to enter service in their Arsenal.
By Late 1943, a new Model Ki-61-II with the more powerful Ha-140 Engine (License Built DB605) had its first test flight and was then put into service.
The Ki-61-III in particular was a Cut-back fuselage version of the Ki-61-II to improve tailward visibility, but other sources suggest the cut-back versions were a Ki-61-II Late design. This feature was instead implemented onto the Radial-Driven Brethren, Ki-100(-Ib and -II).

Outro
Initially i was in a Progress of building the Yakovlev Yak-3U, but unfortunately it got bugged that said "We had some troubles loading the "Yakovlev Yak-3U" aircraft file;" which i had no backup of.... And was 40% complete... A huge bummer...
So instead i decided to make the Ki-61-III. Originally i was going to implement a Landing gear bay indentation, but that still was too difficult and too parts heavy for me in mobile which im very used to building in.
Anyways, i may make a Ki-100 conversion of this build later, as i love that thing in War Thunder. So maybe look forward for it! :D
