You know the X-1? This is a french version, which is barely, and I do mean barely, capable of sonic flight. Barely. Lets say this aircraft first flew first in 1955, complementary to the Nord Gerfaut, a french made Mach capable jet
This is just a simple little build I made, wanted to see if I could, and also because I haven't made a mobile compatible craft in so long. Jet powered, french rocket that doesn't need a B-52 to take off. Of course, it's not that good in any sense, beyond style. Endurant engines, pitiful speed. Fine roll, though.
I quite like the design, though. Fond of weirdo aircraft. I have done my best to make this Vr Compatible, but cannot personally confirm. Careful on the landings, too. Of course, any landing that you can walk away from is a good landing, but a better landing maintains the airframe.
