I present the ME 262. It was a german fighter that saw action in WWII in 1945. It is one of the first jet planes to ever fly but its fuel consumation is quite high so flying for long is not an option. I does have 2 fuel tanks on the wings by the way that could be dropped on button 1. Also you could install any weapons on the pylons but dont push the plane to hard. Even though its easy to control it is sluggish and trying to avoid rockets is not a good idea. Also its got good airbreaks that could stop it very fast on any field but the jet tends to flip from excesive stopping force. In conclusion i want to say that here and historicly the ME 262 had good protection for the engines so if u lose gear just sit on them.
