If the fuel is not in the wings it has a seizure and keeps doing backflips and falls apart
It's been a while... nice plane btw! But you don't need to put fuel on every single wing, some fuel in the fuselage is enough. Putting too much fuel makes your plane heavy and slow. Try removing all fuel from the wings, but keep some in the fuselage.
