Remember DC-10-30 have central main landing gear. but DC-10-10 only 2 main gear. I remove the center landing gear for historically accurate.

About American Airlines Flight 191

American Flight 191 is scheduled for flying O'Hare International Airport, Chicago, Illinois to Los Angeles International Airport, Los Angeles, California on 25 May 1979 operated by McDonell Douglas DC-10-10 with registration N110AA with flight crew Captain Walter H. Lux, First Officer James Dillard, and Flight Engineer Alfred Udovich.

However Due to poor maintenance of the DC-10. The DC-10 take off with left engine detached and bank to the left leading to loss of control and killing 271 people on board and 2 on the ground and injuring 2 other on the ground. This became worst aviation disaster in United States surpassing PSA flight 182.

There were 2 notable people who died in this disaster:
-Itzhak Bentov, a Czechoslovakian born Israeli-American who invent the cardiac catheter and the writer of Stalking the Wild Pendulum and A Cosmic Book.
-Leonard Stogel, an American music business producer/manager/promoter/executive for California Jam, California Jam II, Sweathog, The Cowsills, Sam the Sham, Tommy James and the Shondells, Redbone, Gentle Giant, and other musical groups. He died in worst fate just like his parents who died in American Airlines flight 1 (Boeing 707-123B, Registration: N7506A, Aircraft Name: District of Columbia) on March 1962 on Jamaica Bay, New York.
