This is a modified romulan scout ship- hard to fly, but you can still fly it. Also, it has a phaser stolen from a class seven federation shuttle. It functions as a VTOL, but still not.very good. This is my third creation so if anyone wants to improve it I encourage you to do so. It may look a little bad, but it functions(ish)
