The SL-11 was the first jet fighter the Sletvena company made, first flying in 1946 it was a very simple and small aircraft designed to be easy to fly and build it was successful in those counts and would go on to be produced in massive numbers over the next 7 years, it was used through the echanan war as a light fighter mainly used to intercept the low flying angolian bombers in 1956/57 after 1957 the angolians stopped sending low flying bombers so the SL-11 was repurposed as an airfield defence fighter and would serve in that role until 1961 when it was retired, it would go on to be used by many governments into the 1980s because of how cheap it was.
