Overall 23/50 well done you did a lot better than you thought.
Some improvements you could make are to lower the weight and drag so that in flight it can climb not just fall out of the sky. And when being a boat the weight should be a bit farther back or have the floats longer at the front so it sits in the water better. Anyway these are just suggestions.
