The 199 project was first proposed and designed by Ural Factory and launched the prototype car. The original plan was to use the T90 or T72 chassis and mount two 2A42 or 2A70 automatic guns. It is armed with four anti-tank missiles. Through the integrated informationized artillery control system, the all-weather combat capability of the vehicle is greatly improved. Thanks to the Russian MBT chassis, she gained the same defensive capability as the Russian tank of the same period.
