[The Structure of this Vehicle was created by Thefrenchdude22]The Brazilian "Carro de Montanha 17", or Mountain Car 17, was designed after the Brazilian Military requested a car that would be able to cross the mountainous terrain of the south with ease. Initially, Brazilian officers evaluated the American T2 Light Tank, but the design was soon rejected. Then, Brazilian Engineer João Carreiros Silva mounted a T2 turret on a Renault FT, mounted a 37mm gun and added a new, more powerful engine. The design was approved by the Brazilian Amry.
