this is my first AAI aircraft i have made, and it is the countries first and only jet.

Azer was planning on retiring its Me-109s, Yak-3s, and P-51s for jet aircraft. after forming a new company called Azer Aircraft Industries to produce its own aircraft instead of relying on other countries. ironically enough this plane was made with parts from US and Soviet parts and also with blueprints stitched together from US and Soviet airframes. as AAI is basically brand new to aircraft this thing sucks ass for a turbojet. it is mid at most stuff fighter bombers do. but it will need to do. around 687 were built in-between 1961 and 1968. in 1993 suddenly the United States invaded Azer (oil). Azer only had this jet plane aginst 4th generation and 5th generation afterburning jet aircraft. long story short the war lasted 2 years before the US became victorious, Azer now became a US territory. in 2000 riots became to develop in Azer's major cites near the MASSIVE labs studying fucking nothing useful. and these jets were used to quell them. in 2004 during the mass evacuations of Azer these aircraft were used to attempt to stop breeched latex or whatever the fuck Changed calls them. yeah these poor planes never stood a chance.
