When someone's injured or in generally critical condition, they need to be transported to a location that can provide medication, care, and support, and fast. This is where ambulances come in.

However, in some cases the patient isn't accessible via land-based vehicles, and that's where planes and boats as ambulances come in. Yet in some cases, even those aren't enough. The patient needs to be in a hospital bed immediately, and a boat or a little Cessna just won't cut it. That's where this plane comes in.

Capable of vertical or conventional takeoff and landing, it is able to take off from and land anywhere, and with a large fuel supply, it can pick up the patient(s) without ever having to stop and refuel. Furthermore, it is capable of carrying up to 3 patients at once, fully equipped for taking care of them as a miniature hospital, all while carrying them to the nearest equipped hospital at supersonic speed.
