Use the vtol controls to rotate the engines. When in plane mode, it flies. When in hover mode, it hovers It takes off at about 50ish throttle. On takeoff pitch down hard. (Tad back heavy). When the rear engine has its intake covered, the 2 front intakes take over and supply air to rear engine. Thats the level of detail I have incorperated. Enjoy. By the way. When in flighing mode, don't do any sudden movements. Gradual movements are the key.

Friend your plane is very good, but look to have a more central balance and allow the airplane has a softer, balanced vertical ascent, and allow change to horizontal feed vertical ascent into the air. and to take off normally is very difficult you can not make a little twist direction as it is easily torn wings or engines, I suggest moving trains rear landing more on the edge of the structure. if you want you see my design H-2K Helicraft, which has a design with the same principles and see if it helps.
