This aircraft was designed as an escort carrier fighter and fighter bomber, this example being from 1944. Wings take inspiration from the Do-335, general body plan from the Grumman cats, such as the Wild and Bearcat.
Not a fast plane (450 MPH MAX) , but a low stall speed and certified for USS Tiny take off, not landings, but probably can do so if you are well skilled. Armed with 10 HVARs and 2 250 LBS bombs for close air support. 4 .50 cals in the nose for concreated firepower.
