The F-3 Electro is an all purpose figher built on the airframe of the older and lower performance F-2 Tigershark. The F-3 beats the older F-2 in pretty much all categories while carrying the same payload. It has an incredible rate of climb, with the ability to reach 30,000 feet in just over 1 minute. It also has a top speed of over 1000 mph at 30,000 feet and features descent low level manuverability. However, it's high level manuverability still is not great. It is set to fulfill the role of many of the air force's figher needs, as it has good range and payload. It is set to replace the F-2 in most figher roles.
