Construct a plane that can travel the farthest distance possible using no more than 20 gallons of fuel. Those who win get upvotes and bragging rights. To enter, please create your craft as a successor to this challenge. ||Rules: No more than 20 gallons of fuel on the craft. No aircraft powered by cannons, motors, pistons, or hinges. XML Modding the power, fuel, drag, or mass of parts is prohibited. Vanilla parts only. Breaking these rules will disqualify your aircraft until it meets these regulations.|| The deadline is July 4th. By then, further submissions will not be considered, and testing will begin. Aircraft will be tested at their maximum flight ceiling and at maximum throttle.

@bosscai as long as the plane does not contain more than 20 gallons of fuel, it should be fine. Can't imagine how far you'll go without an engine, though.

i made a 4-part glider, if i tweak the wings so they're larger can i enter it? i tested it at 40,000 feet right above wright final approach, made it to Krakabloa almost
