The French government has started a study of manufacturing a new second-generation fighter
Before the tests, the RM Prototype Project showed interest to the French government
The tests started off well. But then the fighter began to show technical problems such as failure of the wing mechanism in addition to low fuel capacity.
During the tests there was an engine failure causing the plane to plummet the pilot came out alive
Due to its high cost the French government realized that it would not be worth it So they decided to cancel the project
