GCP-BMB Nightmare

7,895 GCPrototypes  3.7 years ago

[Fictional story] This small bomber was born from the need to reach enemy targets without being intercepted by the enemy radar. To allow this, pilots often flew low, This made them easily intercepted due to the sound of the engines. This aircraft, however, uses its pulsjet engine only to take off and get up at high altitude, and then shut it down and glide silently into the night, thus remaining unheard and unnoticed. To glide for long distances, unfortunately, he could not load more than four light bombs, consequently he often flew in large formations. It was used in numerous missions even if on the return journey it was forced to turn on the engine, making it easy prey for the enemy anti-aircraft.
