PROJECT - Mikros

Auto Credit Based on spefyjerbf's PROJECT - Mikros

"Compaction for successful infiltration."

The Mikros prototype is a small fighter, fine tuned for intercepting enemy fighters, and then terminating them at close range. Its small size, and use of flare countermeasures, allows it to be nearly immune to missile locks. Without the use of flares it can take more than 7.5 seconds to lock on to an enemy Mikros. Its armament is relatively small, yet effective. Dual variable repeaters allow for dogfights to be quick and decisive.

How to fly:
Activator 1 for afterburner.
Forward flight has normal controls, but taking off and landing can only be done vertically!

Basic VTOL controls:
This is a 2D VTOL! That means that it is locked in the level position.
Pitch and roll to move forwards, sideways, and backwards. Yaw for Yaw. VTOL bar for altitude. Hovering is at about half way up the VTOL slider.
Yaw is best at speeds under 60mph.

Taking off:
1. Activate group 2, then de-activate group 8.
2. Bring VTOL up to the desired value to lift off.
3. When you are an acceptable altitude/orientation, bring up the throttle.
4. Once when you are moving faster than 200mph, de-activate group 2, and activate group 8.

Landing:
1. Transition from forward flight by cutting the throttle, and then waiting until you are moving at around 300mph.
2. When you are at that speed, activate 2, and de-activate 8. You may use pitch controls to slow yourself down. Oh, and make sure that the VTOL bar is up enough, so you don't fall out of the sky...
3. Once when you have slowed down, you should be in perfect VTOL flight. Move around slowly, and find a spot to land.
4. Bringing VTOL down will make you lose altitude. Lower the bar slowly, and find that sweet spot of slow descent. Bring the bar completely down when you touch the ground.

@Ihavenorealideawhatiamdoing I would appreciate it if you re-tagged me. I got carried away on a few side projects. Sorry about that. I should get to it in a few days, or maybe even later tonight.
