If you go into the engine settings there's a section that says pitch control, normally it's on auto, but switch it to fixed with a 70% pitch. @RyneKuczy

Switch to a 5 prop scimitar design with a thickness of 2x and a fixed 70% pitch. This will get you to 650mph, also try to re-assess the airfoil types to be more stable. @RyneKuczy
