The Beechcraft XA-38 "Grizzly" was a World War II-era ground attack aircraft, developed by Beechcraft, but never put into production. The Grizzly was to have been fitted with a forward-firing 75 mm cannon, to penetrate heavily armored targets. I have built the glorious Grizzly! It was mainly inspired by Warthunder. It really is amazing how many experimental aircraft were built back in the 40s-70s. As many aircraft as I look at every day, I still see some every now and then that I have never seen before. But the XA-38 is quite rare, only two being ever produced (as far as I am aware of). It really is a gorgeous aircraft, and I'm quite proud of it. It flies very nicely and I am aware that the real gun was a 75mm, but that isn't an option in SP so I went with a 50mm. The bullet velocity is pretty slow because I tried to match the real velocity as close as possible. And I don't think that the real gun used explosive shells, I just added it for fun :)
