Update:
Add simple flight controller code for better control
improved the VTOL mode.
Enclose the landing gears a little for a better scale

Now the Gyroscope will auto-enable when VTOL < 0, and Activate4 will still enable it. When the airplane switch VTOL to normal filght, the power of the engine will automatically increase to make sure the plane is stable.
