Dornier DO X

5,745 jared3339  8.6 years ago

The Dornier Do X was the largest, heaviest, and most powerful flying boat in the world when it was produced by the Dornier company of Germany in 1929.  I worked super hard on this aircraft it took me a very long time to make it the most adequate aircraft of the size for mobile use. please do not make any ridiculous copies of this aircraft and post them I do not want to see a do X with more engines or anything else from a movie I only want to see more detailed versions or completely new versions . you know the rules please follow them. enjoy and please upvote.

A fantastic plane! Lots of fun to fly around, a little fragile though, as my horizontal stabiliser broke off while I was descending to land by Murphy airport. Oh well, it's hard to be gentle when using a keyboard anyway.

The original do X did not have those however the second one did when they realize that they had structural problems @XVIindustries

Not a replica, I have made a replica, it is only a replica if it follows the exact blueprints, not a picture or whatnot @jared3339

So it's not really a do x, what about do-XI that would be cool since its your design and looks modernised @jared3339

May whoever calls this plane ugly (and it is definitely NOT) fry in the flames of Hell, this plane is such a good replica.
