Background
Development began in 1997 where the Neorasia Army needed a Light Tank for reconnaissance purposes during war, then the first prototype was created, named LT-PT.
After a series of tests on October 16, 1999, the vehicle entered the mass production phase in 2001 and entered service on Neorasian Army in 2002
