this is a new project im working on and i have a problem. im working on takeoff then realized why it doesent work right. it pitches fprward HARD and idk what to do but when i does that it causes takeoff nearly immpossible so if anyone can help that would be nice

I can help you re work some stuff, keeping the basic principle of your design in mind
CoL is too close to CoT when I moved coL and CoM foward it helps. Also the rockets are going to hit the front wing and explode in their current position
