The A320-program was announced in 1984, the first A320-100 took to the skies in 1987 and entered into service in 1988.
The A319neo is a shorter version of the A320neo, the aircraft first took to the skies in 2017 and entered into service in 202.
The A319neo is the least populair version of the A320neo family.
Airbus offers the A319neo with either the CFM LEAP-1A or the PW1100G engines.
