Background
Started as an experimental design for a smaller version of the Osprey. The UH(V)-4 Pelican is a Federation multi-mission, tilt-rotor military aircraft with vertical take off and landing capabilities. Designed to combine the functionality of a conventional helicopter with the long-range, high-speed cruise performance of a turboprop aircraft.

@AchuTMM You tilt the rotors upward with landing gear. Then turn VTOL up at throttle.
@Agentj2012 I'm not really sure how to fix it, I haven't been able to locate the problem.
