In 1916, 12 designs were put down on paper and soon 3 were taken out of the 12. The 3 new biplanes were tested in many different trials, finally one design clearly prevailed. The Aircraft was designated as the Sky Chariot as it was very durable and could pack a large punch. It's main role was to provide close air support to troops and to combat enemy aircraft. The P-7 Sky chariot was put into action on May 7th, 1917. The four put into action scored 3 aerial victories and numerous trucks were destroyed by the heavy fighter. Over 300 were produced and used throughout the rest of world war 1 as well as used as a trainer by many nations up until the 1930s. Overall, the aircraft is recorded to destroy hundreds of trucks, and 41 aerial victories throughout the war. 47 of these aircraft were destroyed in action, and many surviving models are still in museums today. 1 to activate nose guns, though they may not work.
