The AVRO RJ-70 is a british regional airliner,it entered service in 1983 and started whit the name BAe-146 this was the smaller one so it was the 146-100,in 1997 the project was transfered to AVRO International,this plane is made for short-mid distances whit STOL Capabilities due to its 4 engine it needed araund ~1300m for takeoff and for Landing it have Big airbrakes so it only needed around ~1200m ,today the Avro Rj family is rare to see only in Australia and some remote routes of the RJ-70 only 2 can fly whit the Empire Test Pilots' School in United Kingdom.
