No current way to turn it, top speed is 17mph :\, rear isn't finished yet, and still needs more improvement. Any Suggestions?

That's what I did, with the original wheels on there, they tilt into the body, causing it to blow up. I didn't know what to call the mechanism in my last comment so I just said, "wheels." @DanAviation
