The X-66A is an experimental aircraft based off a McDonnell Douglas MD-90 given to NASA by Boeing. It aims to prove the efficacy of high aspect ratio, truss-braced, flexible wings in increasing efficiency. it is currently being developed, so for now it's still fictional lol.
