“Its an important morale object here in the Air Force and Aeronautical Divisions because its the first of all planes we’ve ever made. And its a proven design for decades. Its like the STG-44 of the SFA-AFD, the Wright flyer of the SFA-AD.”

Tracing its official documents as far back as the 1960’s, the FX-10 B is the first of everything the newly founded Aeronautical division that broke the sound barrier, first to aid a war effort, first to use a turbofan to go supersonic, first to mount countermeasures, first to have a confirmed pilot transfer mid flight, first to mount the latest technologies, first to use esoteric techniques, and much more. Before having the standardized aircraft test bed, this is the most essential plane ever developed as all technological advancements are made and tested using this particular aircraft due to its incredibly simple yet effective design. The FA and the FX programs are based on this plane’s purpose and now commonly referred to as “Predecessor” due to its resemblance of structural, technical, and strategical value to everyone possessing this.
