Reduced part count per request. I don't know that there is much more to pull off it with out a total redesign.

AG1+LG down=Full Flaps
AG1+LG up=Maneuvering Flaps
AG1+Ready to Launch on Catapult=Keel front Gear
AG2=Arrestor Hook | Magnet Power
AG3=Wing Glove Vanes "Canards" Use for hard turns, or extra trim.
AG4=Master Arm (weapons toggle)
AG5=Drop Weapons, except Aim-9 Sidewinders
AG6=Drop Fuel Tanks
AG7=Afterburner toggle, control with throttle
AG8=Lights, Stow Wings, Open Canopy. Make sure VTOL is not up.
AG8= Lower tiedowns for parking, use AG2 to engage magnet.
VTOL= UP: Open Wings/ Mid: Auto Wing Sweep/ Down: Sweep Wings

Here are some weapon arrangements that the Tomcat used, all weapons are mirror friendly, just nudge the detacher into the missile once they are attached (one large nudge at 250%) I demo how to properly do this in my trailer video.

Carrier Launch Procedure:Taxi to catapult line. Once Locked in place VTOL to center, AG1 On to lower launch bar and deploy flaps, throttle to 100% (afterburner optional AG7). Launch. Landing gear up. AG1 off. Trim as necessary.
