Il-76 is a multi-purpose, fixed-wing, four-engine turbofan strategic airlifter designed by the Soviet Union's Ilyushin design bureau as a commercial freighter in 1967, to replace the Antonov An-12. It was developed to deliver heavy machinery to remote and poorly served areas. Military versions of the Il-76 have been widely used in Europe, Asia and Africa, including use as an aerial refueling tanker and command center.

A simple Il-76 when looking far away, but then.... I noticed it has a crane. I think it's a really great feature, and if I'm not wrong, I think there are only a very few helicopters or transport aircraft builds with a crane on the website.
One flaw, though ; it would have been nice to put an AG on the ramps, because when using the crane, you can't get very close to the object you want to take.
But otherwise well done.

Yes it is Xinshan and I don't know anything about the lights. I've always had it with them so I can't really help you with finding them if you somehow don't have them. Maybe it's because you're not playing on max graphics, maybe it's a bug... who knows...

is the airport the "Xin shi"? and is there the lights mod of it? i have the island/airport but its doesn't came with lights.
