@Ergi The ad-1 rotary wing aircraft was created by Robert Jones, an aeronautical engineer of NASA. Jones works at NASA's Ames Research Center in moffield, California. Through wind tunnel experiments and his analysis, the results show that the fuel efficiency of the hypersonic transport aircraft with "rotating wings" is more than twice that of the traditional transport aircraft.
