    it looks and flyes awesome!i literally had a lot of fun with this plane! so maneuverable and compact, kinda looks like a baby F-4

    @Mustang51 Yes, including some new trainers, it's obviously a good thing to use a lot of mainstream fighter technology to design trainers, just like seeing a smaller and more interesting fighter.

    @MDDJB it’s an interesting idea and does help a lot when it comes to reducing costs. Instead of designing a whole new trainer, modify an existing fighter jet to act as one. Seems like a smart choice

    @Mustang51 Yes, indeed, China's two major fighter manufacturers are making newer fighters, and the Chinese Air Force is clearly training new pilots for new fighters. Improving the J-7 as a trainer for new pilots is a cheaper and faster way.

    Lovely! I had no idea this plane had a another name to it. I always thought it looks sort of like what happens when you mix a MiG-21/J-7 with a Yak-130 and a Hawk T2
