Built in late 2017 as a replacement for the Galley Class the Watcher Class was built on the proven Galley Class Frame as the frame was already made and ready for a new life and the Watcher Class would fit everything CVR could hope for and by Early 2018 the frist 7 were produced with the remaining 8 planning on being finished by late 2019 and 5 others were planned but were later cancelled
