PL-21A
The PL-21A Thunderbolt is a Chinese BVRAAM developed from the PL-21. The Pl-21A sought to expand the use of the PL-21 from just some aircraft to both ground defenses and ships alike. The to define the PL-21, that would be the AIM-120 AMRAAM on some strong steroids, as the PL-20 has reported a range of up to 400km. PL-21A Also poses features like AWACS assistance for general targeting.

@RocCrafter101 not a perfect replica, the Pl-21 already exists.
Just saying... ground launch platforms don't benefit from the initial speed that aircraft provide. Air launched versions would likely be the only ones that can reach 400km.
You might also want to add more inlets and a longer...engine.
