@Trent1sz,this is xml. Modding:
1.make rotator free spin
2.give the rotator an axis
3.place small fuselage on the top of axis
4.mod the small fuselage position
5.mod the axis size until it invisible
6.place the wheel on the small fuselage,then rotate on the place you want
