Fire the "Arm Nuke" in Air-to-Ground weapons section and Activate1 (or any other input you might like) to detach the nuke.
There will be an orange tracer indicating that the nuke is armed.
Act 1 is also used for optional airbrakes. You may remove them because they don't actually help much and is there only for decoration purposes.
P.S If your phone is a piece of potato (like mine) you may experience heavy lag or even game freezing issues.
