HISTORY:

Develop in the 1960s by Northrop Grumman the F-43 "Dark Angel" is a multi-role fighter with the main focus being night time Intercepting duty. Designed to be primarily operated from an airbase the F-43 can still be launched from a catapult on an aircraft carrier for special operations, though it is unlikely a landing can be performed even with its parachute and airbrakes. The F-43 is only to be operated by the most skilled pilots due to the high costs of producing the aircraft and its value in combat, making it a formidable opponent to come against in the air.
